The administrative office in Freiburg

The German Cleft Children’s Aid Society maintains a small office in Freiburg with a staff of three full-time employees, one half-time position and a freelancer. Day in day out the colleagues in the Freiburg team are endeavoured to working as efficiently and cost-effective as possible. We have no German employees stationed overseas, so that no salaries and administrative costs can arise for the local project activities. The organisation of the projects is undertaken by the local project partners. The same goes for the surgery and treatment of the children. This is why we can work so cost-effectively and enable the surgery on a child for only around about 200 euros.
